After work, if you want to come home to a sweet place, don't risk living here. The management is absent, and getting any issues fixed takes far too long. People here seem to work hard to provide a 'home' for multiple homeless people, who have taken over this flat like a 'toilet'. Honestly, it deserves zero stars, and maybe one day they'll rename it 'Homeless' court.

I moved in just a week ago and already can't put up with how awful the building is. My flat was dusty and mouldy, the kitchen sink leaks, and both the bed and wardrobe were broken. The maintenance team takes no responsibility, and I'm fed up with having to keep raising concerns. Please think carefully before moving here.

This is an update after two years living here. Management changed about a month and a half ago, and I can really see a difference. They've added a night security guard to deal with homeless people getting in and tailgating, and they've responded faster to issues I've reported. Overall, it's living up to its name now. I'd definitely recommend it.

The flat itself is nice, with decent space and good furniture, but the building management and maintenance have really let it down. Homeless people have been breaking in, sleeping in the hallways, leaving rubbish and using the corridors as a toilet for months, with nothing done. There have been several leaks affecting the electricity, and the water temperature is all over the place. The fire alarm was broken for months and kept going off day and night. Mould appeared in winter and nobody seemed to care. I reported the broken extractor fan when we moved in nearly a year ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. The lift breaks often, so you have to take the stairs past people sleeping there.
