Queen Stay Apartments

After a week camping, we wanted a relaxing place for our final night. We were already unsure about this booking, and the stay confirmed our doubts. The beds weren't comfortable, even after camping. There was no proper hot water from the taps or shower, just lukewarm at best. The place felt very lived in and dirtier than we'd want. Food was left in the sink drainer, the sofas were heavily used, and the whole apartment felt unclean. The room we were offered as an upgrade smelled of weed, and the bathroom smelled of stale smoke when the fan was on. We couldn't relax, so we left and got a refund. The receptionist was as friendly and helpful as he could be, but I wouldn't recommend this for a restful stay.

The apartments had all the necessities, which made our stay comfortable, and the staff were amazing. It’s a perfect place to stay when visiting Sheffield, right in the city centre near Sheffield cathedral. I really enjoyed it and would love to come back. 😊

The bedroom is lovely, with a big window, though the living room is a little small. The place is clean, and fresh towels, coffee, and other necessities are provided regularly. Staff are polite and helpful, and all facilities are included, making it a good Airbnb booking.

It was my first time in a serviced apartment, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Queen Stay was amazing and felt luxurious, actually better than a hotel. The place was clean, the hospitality excellent, and the location very good. I’d definitely stay again when I come back to Sheffield, and highly recommend it.
