William's Serviced Apartments City Centre

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very good. Our two nights in a one bed apartment cost only a little more than one hotel night. The main drawback was having to pay a fairly large refundable deposit upfront.

The apartment was clean, neat and nicely furnished, and I could see myself staying there longer than my one night. Reception closes at 18.00, but there was a phone number on the window. The person who answered was friendly, helpful and clear about collecting the keys from the key box. Each apartment was meant to have its own wifi modem, but mine didn't work.

The location worked brilliantly for the festival we were going to, and for shopping and local attractions too. The cosy apartment suited our needs perfectly this weekend. Reception staff were really friendly at check-in and made us feel supported during the stay. We'll definitely come back.

The rooms are vile, and the staff were some of the rudest people I've ever come across. They lie and go behind your back, acting friendly to your face but talking about you like rubbish when you turn away. I'd sooner sleep on the streets. I wouldn't give even one star, but had to leave one to post this. Two staff members in particular were on my mind as I wrote this. Absolutely disgusting, and I'd never stay there again.
