Another perfect stay. The hosts are so accommodating, and I've already booked for next year. I could never manage a full breakfast, so it's great being able to choose what you want. The garden bar is a lovely spot to wind down before bed. See you next year, Clive and Amy.

We slept really well in our clean, quiet room. There was no traffic noise on this residential road, and the beach and town centre are only about a five-minute walk away. The shower was good, breakfast was great, and the owner was helpful. A couple of small things could be better: there were no bathroom hooks, so the loo lid was the only place for clothes, and there was no shower tray for gel, so it had to go on the floor. Still five stars from us, and we'd happily recommend Highfield Guest House to friends.

We had a lovely top-floor room, recently refurbished with new carpet and an en-suite. Everything was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. Breakfast included cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, plus a nice full English. I had poached eggs with salmon on toast, which was delicious, and there were several hot options to order the night before. The owners were very friendly. It's a perfect base for Sheringham, around ten minutes from town and the beach, with on-street parking in a quiet location. We'll definitely be back.

I got a room after a last-minute cancellation for the 1940s weekend, and what a lovely place this is. John and Sam run it with so much care, warmth and laughter. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable, and I slept well all three nights. Breakfast choices were lovely, and I had eggs Benedict on my last day. There's a nice patio and bar out back if you want to relax without going out. It's about a five-minute walk to the town centre. This place is a gem, and I'll definitely return.
