Christine and Ian were lovely hosts, welcoming and ready to help with anything during our couple of nights at Picaroons B&B. We could park at the property, which was a real bonus given how much parking can cost elsewhere. Our room was light, airy, and spotless, and the ensuite was just as clean. Breakfast was another highlight: cereal, fruit juice, as much tea and coffee as we wanted, then a delicious full English made with great quality ingredients. Nothing to fault, and we'll definitely book here again. Debbie and Dave

We've been to Picaroons several times, and we'll be back again. This was our third stop there, and my fourth. At breakfast we spoke with other guests, and almost everyone seemed to be a repeat visitor. In our 70s, we've stayed at a considerable number of B&Bs, and this is without doubt among the top three we've visited. Christine and Ian couldn't be better hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation and food are all top quality. Breakfast ingredients are locally sourced, and you can taste the difference. We stayed three nights this time. If you're cycling in Norfolk, there's a large driveway for cars and a secure garage for storing bikes. We like visiting National Trust properties and other houses on each trip. Felbrigg Hall's Walled Garden is a favourite. Sheringham Park is lovely to walk around, and Ian knows the routes well. For food, we think Roman Camp offers the best balance of cost and quality, with pub prices and quality.

Ian and Christine are a very friendly, helpful couple, and the rooms are spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is first class too. We stayed for a long weekend and would definitely come back. It's an easy fifteen minute walk into town. The place isn't in the town centre, but that didn't bother us since we were driving around to see other local attractions.

We had a lovely two-night stay. Ian and Christine were friendly hosts, the room was warm and well furnished, and the king size bed with its cosy linen and duvet was so comfortable. There were tea, coffee, and hot chocolate facilities, plus bottles of water. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was amazing, well cooked and tasty. We chose our cooked food the night before from a great menu. There were also cereals, fruit, toast, jams, and more available in the morning. Parking had plenty of space, and the little fridge on the landing is a great idea for keeping milk in. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll definitely recommend your B&B. Bev and Graham. 😃😃

Don't waste your money here. It was dull, boring, and miserable, and the owners were just like the rooms. Breakfast was awful, and they got my order wrong too. I'd give it no stars if I could.
