The gardens and fields around the property made it feel like a peaceful, secluded hideaway. Inside, the cottage was spotless, warm and cosy, with every amenity taken care of. Cath and Simon greeted us when we arrived and were so welcoming. We only had three nights, which felt far too short. It was a relaxing weekend at Crabapple Cottage, and we’ll definitely try to come back.

Crabapple cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a home from home week. It’s in a lovely peaceful setting, with great attractions in Shropshire & North Wales easy to get to. Thanks sooo much, we had a fabulous time and can’t recommend it enough x

We had such a good visit, thanks Simon and Cath. From the cottage, we went to Cheshire Oaks shopping centre, Chester, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and Lake Vrnywy. The place is gorgeous and cosy, with everything close at hand for a fab stay.

A great base for seeing the Shropshire countryside and its historical sites. The cottage was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The owners are lovely and happy to help with anything. We had incredible views from this amazing cottage, and it’s a great base for exploring either side of the boarder. We’ll definitely be back.
