Natalie greeted us with a smile, checked us in, and showed us to a clean room with everything we needed, including an ensuite bath and a lovely view of Theresa gardens. She was helpful and available throughout our stay. We had a hot-water problem late on our first night, and the night porter wasn't much help. The next morning, we told the front desk, and within minutes the manager was at our breakfast table apologising and dealing with it. Breakfast was fantastic. We had a lovely stay, and the setting is really nice, close to some lovely pubs and places to eat. There were some really amazing staff, and I'd recommend it.

The rooms were dated, but clean and efficient. The staff were excellent, especially Natalie, who was so helpful. Breakfast was excellent too, freshly cooked with local ingredients, and we passed our compliments on to the chef.

I didn't stay, but a very lovely woman helped me with an honest and helpful answer. I needed certain things for my stay that they couldn't provide. Unlike some other hotels in the area, she didn't lie just to get a booking. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely and warm. I slept well in the comfortable bed, with quiet surroundings. Breakfast was beautifully cooked with high-quality food. I wouldn't hesitate to book again after my one-night stay last night.

The rooms were very well appointed, and breakfast was great. A big shout-out to Natalie, who was juggling reception, breakfast, and the bar, and went above and beyond for guests. Fabulous hotel.
