The welcome pack was a lovely thought, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was lovely and very comfortable, especially the beds. There were a few cleaning and maintenance niggles, though: the kettle and toaster needed cleaning, the tiles behind the cooker were dirty, the sink plugs didn't work, some bulbs needed replacing, and the skirting boards were very dusty. Those details let the place down.
