We couldn't find a single fault with the dinner. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Our one big regret is that we'd lived in the area for years before visiting for the first time.

Out in the country, this manor had a quiet atmosphere, and everyone was friendly and helpful as we got our bearings in England. It was our first stop on our first international trip there. The accommodations were 5+ stars. English breakfasts are the best, and dinner was elegant and exquisite.

Dinner was the highlight for me. You need a reservation, even as a guest. It starts in the small lounge, where you have drinks and look over the menus before ordering and being shown to your seat. There are knick-knacks to admire while you enjoy a quiet drink. The food was as good as you'd expect at a five star London restaurant, served very, very hot. Portions are a good size, and the flavours are exceptionally well balanced. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with all the basics, and the hosts are charming and friendly. It's a quiet, rural B&B close to Stonehenge. The village has a few historic attractions, mostly of local interest. If you want a peaceful getaway with your loved one, away from the kids, this is the place, since under 18s aren't allowed. Top shelf, and I'll be back.

The rooms were really well presented, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It's a friendly, lovely place to stay, and we'll definitely be back.

Lovely rooms and a great location. That's about all I can say that's positive. Breakfast wasn't great, the coffee was the worst I've had, and the hosts made my friend and me feel unwelcome.
