The hotel was clean and beautiful, with no smell. It felt quiet, comfortable and homely, and the breakfast was very good. Nice location and lots of street parking. I’ll book again.

The breakfast was hot and tasty, though there was more than I could manage. You can ask for a smaller serving. We had two rooms, each with a double and a single bed, and both were fresh and very clean, with plenty of tea and coffee. Our rooms were ready early and they let us know, plus there was good parking. We were welcomed warmly, and the breakfast room felt lovely. The location worked well for us too. The ladies there and the accommodation were great. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Maureen was so friendly and the service was hard to fault. We had a warm welcome, a big clean room at a great price, and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cheap for a few nights, with a tidy room, good bed and breakfast. If you're staying in Skegness for a few nights, this hotel is well worth a visit.

Alex and Maureen are lovely hosts, and their huge hearty breakfast sets you up for the day. The rooms are always spotless and have tea and coffee facilities. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and town. I've booked here three times, and we've already reserved rooms for next year. Love this place.
