The staff were brilliant and accommodating, and the dining area was lovely. There’s also a cosy bar. The place was really striking and clean, with stylishly decorated rooms that had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed overnight after coming for a wedding, and check-in at 2 pm was quick and friendly. Our room was really spacious, with everything we needed, including a settee and a big TV. Before the wedding, the six of us met friends in the bar for food and drinks. The lady working alone was very busy with the bar and waiting on tables, but service was brilliant and friendly. The food was top notch: the prawn sandwich was properly loaded, with more prawns than I’ve ever seen on one, and the chips were great too. We all had a lively meal! The evening wedding party was magnificent, in a spacious room with a great choice of drinks. Service was fast and on point again. We had a marvellous stay, will definitely come back, and will tell our friends about it.

We’re so pleased we chose this venue to become man and wife. Gill and Liza planned the event for us, and Kevin managed the day brilliantly. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, and the service from start to finish was truly mesmerising. If you’re looking for an ideal place to get married and want a stress-free experience with amazing service, visit a wedding fair at Lancashire Manor and see for yourself. The venue also introduced us to Mason King, a phenomenal mind reader and performer who wowed our guests. Mark the piano guy played the music for our day beautifully, and all our guests commented on it. We can’t thank you enough.

We had a very good three-night stay, with a great room and staff who were mostly efficient and friendly. The exception was the bar staff in the great hall during our event, who were unfriendly and full of attitude. A special shout-out to Leah?/Leyah? on the main hotel bar and meal service on Saturday night. She was clearly very busy, yet stayed efficient, professional, friendly and cheerful all evening. She’s a credit to your organisation.

The food was spot on, the rooms were clean, and the staff were great. No complaints from me. I’m planning to use this hotel more often when I’m in the area for my monthly work trips.
