The Pinfold

The hostess was lovely to chat with and had useful local suggestions. On our first day we ended up taking an unexpected, really nice walk through Skipton Castle Woods. We had a great stay at the Pinfold and hope to return. Our room was nicely furnished, with plenty of towels and tea supplies, plus its own private patio. There was dishware too, so we could have had a takeaway dinner out there. The location was great.

Just got back from three nights here. The location is fantastic, with bars and restaurants easy to reach, and the room was cosy and had everything we needed. Corrinne, the owner, was lovely and very accommodating, especially when we ran out of milk. I’d certainly recommend the Pinfold and hope to come back myself.

I had a comfortable, clean night at The Pinfold. I got a bit lost, but Corrine was really helpful at check-in and talked me through finding the place over the phone. I’d happily stay here again.

The cottage is right in the centre of Skipton, so everywhere in town is walkable. Even though it’s on the main road, it stays quiet indoors thanks to the solid walls and double glazing. The Little Pinfold Cottage is a well decorated building with sturdy, traditional brick walls. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with TVs in the lounge and bedroom and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has what you need, including a washing machine upstairs, and there’s a small bright yard. The bed was super comfy. Street parking is at the back. The entrance is on the main road, with a back entrance on another road behind.
