B&B Hotel London Heathrow Hotel

The food was delicious and the service was second to none. My family and I were so well looked after, and the location is really convenient for the airport. The kids were given little colouring boxes, and when we left some crayons behind, the lovely lady brought them back to our room. Another lady also got them some sweet treats. We’d definitely return.

Being close to the airport was a real plus for our one night before my son's 06.45 flight. We left at 04.30, so I can't comment on breakfast. I also liked the coded doors, since there’s no card to forget. A few things could have been better. The room heating didn't work while we were out at dinner, though luckily there was a portable electric heater. We couldn't get the TV to turn on with either the remote or the button underneath, and I couldn't find a way to reach reception without walking there. By then I was already in my pyjamas. There was only one pillow per bed, and I had to put clothes underneath mine to make it higher. Two pillows on each bed would let people choose. The one night of parking cost £15. The ticket I'd got on arrival wouldn't scan when we returned from dinner, so I had to get another. In the morning the barrier still wouldn't open, and I had to go inside to ask someone to let us out. It wasn't a bad stay, but those small fixes would make things more convenient. The airport proximity was great.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the price made our London trip much easier. I stayed here with my daughter over the half-term break. After long days out exploring the city, the clean, comfortable accommodation had everything we needed. We had a really lovely stay and I'd happily come back.

The room was neat, with extra towels and tea available, and I felt very comfortable. I checked in late, but the staff were courteous and accommodating. As a female traveller, I found the location quite secure, and it was just a 5 minute's drive from Heathrow airport terminal 5. The heating was the one letdown. The thermostat wasn't working, and the spare heater reception sent didn't help much, so the room was a bit cold. I was offered breakfast, but my cab was waiting and I had to leave. There were plenty of people having it, so I'm sure it would've been nice. Apart from the cold, everything was excellent. Keep up the good work!
