Atria by Viridian Apartments

I've been waiting for my tenancy to end so I can move out. The flats themselves are quite nice, which makes it a shame. People steal each other's parcels, and someone even took my Christmas doormat from outside my door. The windows don't open, and the AC doesn't work. The fans blow, but the extractor fans hadn't worked for about two months before we moved in, and still weren't working two months after we arrived. The stagnant air caused outbreaks on my skin and my animals. Edit: As of May 2024, the extractor fans are working and we have fresh air again, or at least the old air is gone. Can finally breathe again : )

The apartments are modern and very clean, and the building is good. There's not much natural light in the rooms, though, and the windows are fixed, so there's no fresh air. Sound insulation isn't the best either. There's nothing nearby to enjoy, so you need to travel at least 20-30 minutes.

The apartments are shoddily built, despite the attempt to make them look nice. You can hear other people's televisions, conversations and bodily habits. There's no staff to be seen, and when you do get through, they'll say they have no record of your call unless you can prove it. Don't try to do laundry unless you've got all day. The dryer only takes half loads, and even then your clothes come out sopping wet. The bins are miles from the apartments, which have no windows, so food has to be disposed of immediately. The hallways smell of cooking because there's no ventilation. The air con can't regulate. Just avoid.

It's a good place to live, clean and quiet, with good parking and security. Iceland, Lidl and Costa are nearby. Public transport is very poor, with one bus every 40min, and there are no windows.
