Ali, the Reception Manager, was so warm and helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Ginny and Erica gave me incredible massages, relaxing and professional, exactly what I needed. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I had an amazing day at Burnham Beeches Hotel and can’t wait to return.

The food was amazing, fresh and healthy, with a great selection. I arranged a work Off-site here and was very pleased. The hotel was completely refurbished 2 years ago and still looks well kept. The staff were amazing and helpful, especially Natasha (events) and Ian (reception), who couldn't do enough for us. With 100+ bedrooms, it's especially good for large events. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Burnham Beeches, a great base for a family get-together in Windsor. Ian was especially helpful when we needed an extra room at very short notice. The staff were all wonderful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast buffet was great. I'd happily stay here again if I were in the area. Many thanks to Ian and everyone at Burnham Beeches.

The birthday cake with a candle and the Happy Birthday song were such a lovely surprise. My friend and I had a brilliant afternoon tea for her birthday, with a great selection of tasty treats. From the moment we arrived, the team were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Ian and Harry gave exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for us. I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast was lovely, and we loved the honeymoon suit. It was stylish and spacious enough for all of us to get ready. Our wedding here on August 16th was an amazing day, and the recently refurbished venue is beautiful. Sky, the wedding coordinator, was friendly and accommodating in the lead-up. On the day, Baiba coordinated from early morning and was helpful and attentive throughout. Sara kept things moving smoothly despite a few schedule delays, and Viktoriya was the sweetest, always ready to help. The young barman was great too, even with so many guests, who all said how good he was. All the staff worked hard to help the day run well, so I could relax. Thank you all for making it amazing.
