The comfortable guest lounge, good breakfast, and reasonable restaurant prices all made our four days here a pleasure. Parking and drop-off were convenient too. Fiona especially impressed us with her extraordinary support and manner, and the service from everyone was excellent. We've stayed at Marriott hotels before, but we felt this one was even better. We'll definitely choose Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 again if we visit.

Samreen in the restaurant deserves a special mention. She went out of her way to exceed expectations, and is a real asset to the team. I wish her all the best. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, did a commendable job. The location, amenities, and lovely atmosphere all added to my very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5. Thanks for another great experience, Holiday Inn.

The noise was the worst part. We could clearly hear people talking next door, and even their toilet flushing sounded like it was coming from ours. The sound insulation needs serious work. Though it's handy for Terminal 5 and a quick night before a flight, the hotel felt more like a stopover for airline crews than somewhere welcoming to families. It wasn't a relaxing place for a proper family stay, so I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone wanting peace and comfort. The airport proximity does make it practical for an overnight stay before departing.

I was made to feel comfortable throughout my stay, and I'm grateful to everyone who showed me such courtesy and went out of their way to help. Elena was wonderfully hospitable, and the F&B team gave exemplary service at breakfast. Fiona and Hassan also made check-in warm and easy. They made the visit memorable, and I'll recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

Suman was especially friendly at breakfast, as were all the staff. The breakfast was nice, and the room had everything I needed, though it was hot. A pleasant stay before flying from Heathrow. It's conveniently just off J5 of the M4. Parking costs £16, payable at reception, and CCTV is in operation.
