I didn’t stay here. The owner was very rude, barking at people and making offensive gestures, including the middle finger and waving a fist from side to side. Her staff didn’t seem trained to do their jobs properly either.

The reception lady was offensive and had no manners, and the owner and staff were rude and abusive. There were long queues to check in, and people were already arguing because services advertised online weren’t being provided. No bed linens were ready, and the hygiene and cleanliness were at zero. They also demanded extra money for parking. My rating is 0. You can call the hotel and find out for yourself. Worst experience ☹️

I urgently needed a room and they helped me out. The people were lovely, the service was excellent, and the rooms were good too. 👍

The rooms had a dirty smell and cleanliness was compromised. They wanted extra money for parking, and the language they spoke locally sounded abusive to us. I called the host, who hung up while I was talking. When I called again, he said he had 36 more people to listen to. The behavior was very rude and offensive, especially from the woman at reception. We didn’t even stay 10 minutes, but our booking was non-refundable. It’s a scam.
