Francis was a fantastic host in the restaurant, really attentive. We stayed last weekend for my birthday and had such a good time. We came back this year after staying last year, as the hotel works well for our trips into London. It's clean, the staff are very friendly, and I've recommended it to friends and family, who've stayed too. We'll definitely return.

After a few weeks here for work, it started to feel a bit like staying with friends. The staff are always smiling, friendly and ready to help, and it's lovely seeing them in such a good mood each day. The rooms are consistently clean and well cared for. It's been a really good stay.

We stayed with family and friends and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean, spotless and quiet, and the staff were genuinely friendly. There were tasty options for breakfast and dinner. Our dinner booking hadn't made it into their system, but they sorted it straight away and we still got to eat. Parking is paid and the car park was packed on Saturday, though I managed to get the last free space. Many thanks.

We always enjoy staying here when we visit our son in Windsor, and we'll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I had trouble with the hairdryer, which was entirely my fault as I hadn't realised how to use it. Breakfast was lovely. Thanks again.

The shower was broken and had tape around it. When we turned it on, water sprayed onto the ceiling and soaked the floor. We checked in late, so raised it with the hotel in the morning. They fixed it, cleaned the bathroom, left fresh towels and topped up the tea supplies, which was kind. The location is good, and parking is really handy. It costs £8 per evening, which seems reasonable.
