This was our third stay, and it’ll be our last. The place didn’t meet the high standards advertised: the oven door was filthy, the bedroom window frame was dirty, and the bathroom flag banner had fallen down, with a mop and bucket left there. Some utensils were faulty, and the complimentary tray had coffee, sugar and a couple of teabags, but no milk. They apparently felt it was our fault for not getting in touch to have things fixed. It was only a short break, and I wasn’t going to spend a morning trying to contact someone.

Everything was spotless, and it had all we needed, including towels and cleaning supplies. It was a great fit for a couple with a small dog. We'll definitely use it again.
