Victoria is so friendly and made sure nothing was too much trouble. We got a warm welcome, and she went above and beyond. The room was spotless, with good facilities and even a drawer of chargers. The bed was comfortable, and the location worked well for nearby venues. Breakfast was a fantastic full English, with the best selection of teas and spreads I've seen. An amazing bed and breakfast. We'll definitely be back, and I'd highly recommend it.

Vicky was a very accommodating host, and the breakfast is well worth having. The place was really clean and felt lovely and homely. You can tell the host takes great pride in running the accommodation. I'd definitely stay here again, loved it, and couldn't find any faults.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh milk in the fridge plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate, squash, water and biscuits. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of places, and this is definitely the best one we've had. The host was exceptional, and the breakfast menu was brilliant. We'd definitely stay here again if we're back in Birmingham.

Victoria was a great help with our late arrival and communicated promptly at every stage. The room was very comfortable, parking was good, and there was a choice of cooked breakfast and buffet options. It was our first stay, but the guest house and its host made us feel special. Such an impressive B&B that we're coming back twice next month.

Victoria made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. The place was immaculate, and the room was a brilliant price. It was only a ten minute drive to the NEC, where we were heading. Such a lovely place, we'll definitely stay again if we're in the area and recommend it to family and friends. 😊
