Great value for money. The room was nice and clean, parking was available, and checking in myself was easy. A great experience.

Room 1 suited us perfectly, with tea and coffee, toiletries and fresh towels. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and parking right outside was ideal. We'd definitely stay again.

My original arrangements fell through at the last minute, so I needed somewhere for a conference in Solihull. This worked perfectly for my two nights, with a great shared kitchen, easy access, and a convenient spot near both the town centre and my conference venue.

A really nice town with friendly people. The accommodation was simple and reasonably priced, but clean, warm and comfortable, with fresh, clean bed linen. Being able to use the kitchen was great. I'd recommend it! Sorry this review is late, I've been a bit busy.

We needed somewhere for an emergency three-night stay. It's not luxurious, but it was well maintained, the bed was more than comfortable, and the host was exceptionally polite and friendly. I'd happily go back if I needed to.
