I stayed for a week in July and was happy with the experience. The apartment was very spacious and filled with light from its many windows. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was easily the cleanest Airbnb apartment I’ve come across. The bed was nicely firm for me, the WiFi was fast, and having a parking space right outside was incredibly convenient. Charlie was a great host. He helped with my extensive luggage when I arrived and left, and checked in several times to make sure everything was ship shape. My only suggestion would be blackout blinds in the bedroom instead of regular ones, though that’s just my personal preference. I’d stay again. 👍🏽

The apartment had everything we needed and was very well equipped and clean. It’s an easy walk to Solihull Town centre, and the train station is nearby, with regular services into Birmingham center. There are also plenty of supermarkets a short drive away. We spent 12 days here for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. Charlie was amazing, met us at the apartment, showed us where to park and how best to reach places across Birmingham. He was always at the end of the phone and answered questions quickly. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would look to book again.

This was our first stay after arriving in the UK, and my family and I had an awesome experience. The apartment was spotless and very accessible from the town Center and railway station. Mr Charlie was our contact and helped us a lot when we arrived. The place had everything for a comfortable home stay, from pans, pots and dishes to TV and Internet, plus thoughtful extras like a small bottle of milk for my daughter and a nice Christmas card. Mr Charlie would go out of his way to help with any issue and make our stay comfortable. What else do you need? I think this is a great place to stay.

My family and I spent a few months in a Roomotel apartment while waiting for ours to be completed. It felt like a home away from home, with modern amenities and everything well equipped. The apartment was just a few minutes' walk from Solihull train station and the city centre. Weekly housekeeping kept it spotless and tidy. Charlie and Sean were accommodating hosts who responded to all our needs and concerns. I’d recommend Roomotel for the lovely hosts and excellent service.

The only small drawback was the railway line behind Broadoaks (apt 38), where some very noisy goods trains passed by. Otherwise the apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was convenient to be just a five-minute walk from the station. We stayed for a week during the commonwealth games, and Charlie communicated well and helpfully throughout. I can recommend it to future guests.
