The Barton Annexe

We’ve stayed at The Old Cowstall five times now, using it as our base when we come to visit family in the UK for a month each year. It really feels like a home away from home, which is why we keep returning. The two bedrooms, full kitchen, modern bathroom and easy parking suit us perfectly. There’s underfloor heating, so it works well in summer or winter. The windows and French doors at the back open onto a private courtyard with views of the fields, giving you a real sense of privacy. Jan and Paul live in the main house at the front and are on hand if you need anything. The parking and second bedroom make it easy for family to stay with us, and when we need a third bedroom, we book The Barton Annex, which has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
