Deanery Court Vittrum Suites

I’d strongly advise avoiding Cristal Apartments Deanery Court. Staff entered my apartment without notice and without a reasonable reason. In my case, they just wanted to take a photo. That wasn’t the only incident, but it was the last straw. It was no peaceful stay: neighbours smoked, played loud music after 10pm, and people tried car doors at night. There was also constant knocking, coming and going, and checking. It felt more like a nightmare. I could live with the place being less luxurious than advertised, but the appliances around the bathrooms and flat were rusty, showers were broken and leaking, there were cracks and black marks, and the cheap furniture was falling apart before it had even been used. It was extremely dusty, so anyone with asthma should avoid it. The bed linen wasn’t pure cotton, but mixed with polyester, and the pillows and duvets were stained underneath. Maybe that’s their idea of “Swedish luxury.” Check every towel and sheet too, as some had strange green or brown substances on them. I lived there for eight months, so I know what I’m talking about. I raised a concern about privacy and was told not to dictate and to move out within four weeks, even though I’d paid for the whole year in advance. It was my alternative home because I couldn’t stay in my main apartment. I’d moved in with all my belongings and my small child, and treated it as our temporary home. I was a quiet, peaceful resident who followed the rules. Sandra thinks she can throw out a single mother and her young child just because I raised privacy concerns and asked for peace and respect. No decent person should support this despicable person. Avoid! Please look at the real pictures of this “luxury”.
