The staff were friendly and happy to chat, and the rooms were very good for the price. The upstairs bathroom was tiny, though the bathroom downstairs made up for it. There’s also a small shared area for meals, which was adequate.

Easy to get to, with bus routes nearby, and a quiet spot too. Everything was clean and tidy, and the place was thoughtfully decorated. The host was friendly and very helpful. I’ll be staying again soon, for sure. Jamie

Luke gave my three colleagues and me a really warm welcome and was very kind throughout. We were there for a six-day business trip and had a comfortable stay. The cleaners did the communal areas twice during our visit, so the house stayed presentable. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Southampton.

I use this place when work brings me to Southampton. It has a warm, cosy feel and is close to the train station. The house is quiet, clean and tidy. The shared kitchen and bathroom/toilet were stocked and clean, and breakfast and drinks were provided. Thanks! The landlord is responsive.

Had an incredible week here. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and the whole place had amazing vibes. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.
