Wright Investments has failed to properly repair the roof, and the same problems are still there seven years later. Serious water ingress and construction defects have affected this development since it was built. My flat was already leaking before I moved in, clear evidence of latent defects from poor workmanship. Wrights has responded with denial, delays and cheap patch jobs by unqualified workers. They've ignored repeated complaints, legal escalation and evidence from their own contractors. Parts of the development are now uninhabitable and unsafe, leaving leaseholders to live with the consequences of their negligence. This goes beyond poor management. It's a systemic failure, and Wrights can't be trusted to build or maintain homes to a safe standard. Avoid this developer at all costs.
