We had trouble figuring out how to get into the car park, though the hotel itself was easy to find. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our clean, lovely room had a toilet that started to overflow, but a staff member came and fixed it as soon as we reported it. Breakfast was included, and there was plenty of really nice food. The restaurant has a great view of the airport. I'd recommend it if, like us, you're visiting family nearby and need somewhere to stay.

With public transport schedules around Southend airport being so uncertain, this was a perfect choice for us. We arrived late, and the stay was definitely worth it. Breakfast, cleanliness and staff were all great. Samantha at the sales desk did everything she could to make us happy and help us feel comfortable staying with our four-year-old. Many thanks to her.

The rooms were cosy, bright, clean and had all the essentials, and the staff were very friendly. The airport is right next door, with a retail park beside the hotel offering a good range of places to eat if you don't fancy the restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay. If this helped with your decision, I'd appreciate a 👍. I've got more reviews if you're curious. Thanks!

We held our wedding here, and it worked really well for guests travelling in who needed a place to stay. The staff know weddings inside out and were fantastic about the details. The rooms are modern, the food was lovely, and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic.

I stayed for work one night a couple of weeks ago and came away impressed. The room was comfortable, and the blackout curtains were much appreciated. The bar has a nice view over the airport, and the check-in desk staff were excellent and really helpful.
