The toilet seat was broken, and our room initially had only one set of towels. Staff did provide more when we asked. We also couldn't book a table for 17.30 on Friday: three other people were booked in, and there was no guarantee we'd get our meals before 18.30. The handy on-site car park is due to close, and there's no nearby car park.

There's a Toby carvery right next door, which is handy. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and tidy. I think this may be the older of the two P-inns here. Just be aware it's two storeys with no lift, so the stairs could be difficult if you're disabled.

The team were lovely, welcoming and helpful, and free parking was a real plus. We were in Room 11 on the ground floor, with a nice view over a garden. It had a wall heater and an upright fan, but no air conditioning for either hot or cold air. We did have to let Premier Inn know that there was a damp smell.

Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. There's no restaurant in the building, but Toby Calverley is just 10 steps away. I actually added another night at Premier Inn because of Toby Calverley, great combination. I usually stay at the Eastern Esplanade up the road, but I think I'll switch now. Thanks TC

I've stayed here several times and always find it lovely. The staff are happy to help with anything. There's no restaurant connected to the hotel, though Toby Cavery is right out front and there are plenty of cafes nearby.
