The Heidi Bed & Breakfast

Michelle and Al were welcoming when we arrived and friendly each morning over breakfast. They’re both kind and polite, but straightforward too. A great little bed and breakfast.

We’d happily return, and the stay was absolutely good value for money. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious, even though we had to order the day before. The B&B has a private car park at the rear. Street parking is available but paid and controlled until 6pm, or free with a Blue Badge. We were there out of season, so no amenities were open, but it was still good to look around. It’s a short walk to the Promenade and Town Centre. Michelle and Ali were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and gave us useful suggestions for places to eat and drink. Our family room was spacious, very clean, and pleasantly decorated, with a nice hospitality tray. The ensuite was compact, and the mattress wasn’t to our taste, just personal preference and it didn’t spoil our stay. The rooms are upstairs, so the place may not suit guests with limited mobility. Yes, it was enjoyable, and we’d go again without a doubt, if they’ll have us! Thank you, Michelle and Ali. Best wishes, Pauline and Rob.

We’ve now stayed in three different rooms at The Heidi, and each one has been excellent, spotless, and had everything we needed and more. Michelle and Al always give us such a warm welcome, and breakfast is excellent. The place is perfectly located near the shops and pier. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this area. Looking forward to next year!

After two nights at the Heidi, I came home really pleased with the stay. Michelle and Al were wonderful, welcoming hosts, and everything was spotlessly clean with all I needed. The room was cosy and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the bedding smelled lovely. Breakfast was lovely with more than enough to eat. It’s close to town, the seafront, and all amenities. I’d highly recommend the Heidi.
