Thirty Barons

We came here to get away from Christmas after a bad year. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable, and they’d even put up Christmas decorations, which none of us wanted to do ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic daily cooking, and the garden was secure for our dogs. They’d even left poo bags. It was a good size for the three of us, though I think six people would feel crowded, especially in the small social rooms. There are quite a few stairs and the toilets are downstairs, so it may not suit people with mobility issues. My dad and I both have slight trouble walking, but we managed; we mainly needed the stairs for the toilet at night. We had trouble getting the WiFi and Amazon fire stick working at first, but rebooting the router fixed it. There are two pubs within walking distance, plus a nice Chinese and a chippy nearby. The walk to the beach takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on your mobility.
