A nice, comfortable room, with a handy little kitchen corner. It had a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee machine, plus a good choice of drinks. Check-in was with friendly people at the pub across the road. I'd definitely stay again.

We found it easy to relax in the peaceful setting, and the hosts were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The space was spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. We stayed at Southwell Stays for a nearby wedding, and the location was convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the venue. I'd recommend it as a clean, quiet base in the area.

The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I'd happily stay here again. The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. There was a kitchen area with a microwave and fridge, and the coffee machine and super-fast hot water machine were a bonus. It's quiet, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Minster, shops and restaurants of Southwell.

We booked both the ground-floor flat and the upstairs family room as a base for visits to our family in Southwell. It was useful that each had its own private entrance, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms had cutlery, and the little kitchenette in the ground-floor flat was a bonus. Pre-check-in information and the self-check-in option worked well. Our only small gripe was the sensor light in the landing and bathroom.

The five of us could all stay together in the family room for our friend's wedding in town, which saved us the cost of booking an extra room. The apartment was lovely and clean, and the owner was very friendly.
