We had a lovely two-night stay last month. The owners were friendly, the breakfast was lovely, and the centrally located space was clean and well equipped. The rooms are a bit tight by American standards, but there’s enough room for what you need, and you probably won’t spend much time there anyway. We had a senior with mobility issues in a ground-floor room, which worked perfectly, and another room upstairs. We found free street parking for our minivan and left it in the same spot for both days. We’d definitely come back.

Kevin and Fiona were such welcoming hosts. We traveled with an infant, and they arranged the crib and showed real interest in our baby and family. They made a wonderful breakfast and were always ready to help, which made this one of our best stays ever. The rooms are modest in size but beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. We were visiting to play The Old Course, and the location was ideal, right between the course and the shops and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. 10/10, highly recommend!

Kevin and his wife were great hosts, and we really enjoyed the accommodation, their hospitality, and the breakfasts. The Old Course, the university, and the beach are all an easy walk away. We came for golf and highly recommend staying here.

We spent a weekend in St Andrews to play golf and stayed at Annandale Guest House. Kevin and Fiona were friendly, fun people with a great sense of humour and were excellent hosts. Our room was comfortable, with good beds and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was super, and the whiskey nightcap was the perfect extra. We’d definitely recommend this place.
