We contacted the company, but it took over 24 hours to hear back. Their eventual response was that they had no concerns, would keep using the bed, make no heating changes, and considered the Wi-Fi satisfactory. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and I needed it for an online conference. Even after I provided evidence, the company insisted it seemed to be working normally. I had to get a SIM card to access the internet. We arrived late at night to an apartment at 14 degrees Celsius (57 degrees Fahrenheit). It was only just above 15 when we went to bed, and we couldn't sleep because it was too cold. By morning it was still just 16.7° despite turning on the heat. It eventually warmed up, but very slowly, making our first day there unbearable. The pull-out bed was in the same room as the two singles, leaving hardly any space. It had marijuana / beer labels and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The bed was broken and dangerous, with sharp bits of the support frame sticking out. We couldn't use it comfortably, so we had to put its thin mattress on the kitchen floor, which meant the kitchen was unusable for our stay. There was no lift, and getting heavy bags up several flights of steep, narrow stairs was a chore.
