We booked more than a year ahead, but because of Covid we obviously couldn’t travel to the UK without a lengthy quarantine. We tried to cancel a couple of months in advance, but Quirky cottage refused to refund us. Given the international circumstances, I find that highly unacceptable.

We had a great stay and were able to add an extra day. When we called to report that something wasn’t working, they had come in and fixed it by the time we got back. It’s so handy for everything, and we’ll definitely return.
