This was easily the best place we stayed on our trip along the South coast, and we kept talking about it as we travelled on. The host welcomed us late at night with a smile and had made the best scones I've ever tried. Our little girl had lots of fun playing in the garden. The house was extremely clean and beautifully designed. We'd definitely come back in the future.

The breakfast was amazing, the best I've ever had, and the hosts were so friendly and went out of their way for us. We also loved the peaceful setting, beautiful gardens, comfortable beds and attractive, well equipped rooms. The welcome and service were first class. It's a beautiful B&B and ideally placed for Knightor Winery, where we attended a wedding reception, as well as being very close to the Eden project. Highly recommend.

We booked through Air BnB. The annex was spacious and had everything our family of four needed, with a cosy, modern feel. It's well located for the Eden Project and the Cornish South Coast.

The cottage is comfortable and nicely presented, and the location is excellent. You can walk to The Eden Project, St Austell and the beach. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

A lovely spot in the heart of Cornwall, right by the Eden project. It also gives you great access to both the north and south coasts.
