We came all the way from Germany in 2022 for a wedding in St Austell, and the experience was so amazing we can hardly put it into words. Thank you so much. We'll definitely come again!

A relaxed, chilled place to stay, kept clean and tidy. The cooked breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.

The house has a great quirky feel, and the rooms were spacious. Our bathroom was lovely, with fantastic wallpaper and plenty of hot water. We stayed this weekend and thought it was beautiful. Steve and the team were happy to help with anything. I happened to mention that it was my daughter's first wedding anniversary. The next morning, they'd decorated the table with banners and confetti. Thanks, Steve.

Steve cooked a delicious breakfast fresh to order each morning, with lots to choose from. It really set us up for the day, and you certainly won't go hungry. Tracey was a kind, attentive waitress, and she also cleaned the rooms, which were beautifully presented. We'd just come back from a wonderful three-night stay in the magnolia room. It was bright, clean and modern, with a lovely en-suite shower room. We were a bit concerned that the parking might be tight for our big car, but it turned out fine, and Hazel offered to guide us in if needed. Thank you all!

The freshly cooked breakfast was the highlight, made to order with wonderful coffee, and substantial enough that we didn't need lunch. Our host was very welcoming and shared plenty of local information to help us plan our days. The rooms were bright, clean, spacious and comfortable.
