Denise and Vic made our three-night visit to Tubbs Mill fantastic. They're wonderful hosts, with great conversation, local recommendations and Denise's excellent stories. Just don't ask for ketchup with breakfast! It's a home the owners welcome you into, rather than a chain hotel. The setting is picturesque, the cottage is beautiful, and the food was wonderful. We'd highly recommend staying here and hope we can visit again soon.

The peaceful surroundings and cosy, thoughtfully decorated house were just what we wanted. It felt like the Cornish dream. Breakfast was excellent, with a bit of humour on the side. Denise and Vic welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away, and we had some great conversations. Thanks again for such a lovely stay!

You'll need a car, as there aren't local services around the property. Vic is the chef and can also give excellent directions if you need them, while Denise will find a way to get you anything you need. They're wonderful hosts, and nothing seems too much trouble. This is a real character of a quintessential English cottage B&B. It's very popular, so book ahead. Highly recommended.

The hosts, Vic and Denise, treated us and our dog like family, and we'll definitely return. Tubbs Mill House is a converted mill in the Cornish countryside, in a quiet, secluded spot just a mile from the sea and a beautiful beach. It's been converted and decorated tastefully, and was spotlessly clean.

Denise and Vic were the highlight of our short break at Tubbs Mill, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautiful and the setting lovely. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was excellent. We can't rate it highly enough and will definitely be back.
