The friendly bar staff, with their upbeat humour, are a big part of why I enjoy coming to The Ship. I'm glad they've stayed on, and it's lovely to see the pub still open under new ownership. Wishing the new owners all the best. The Ship in Mevagissey remains a favourite, thanks in part to its great location and welcoming feel. I'd happily recommend it to anyone passing through.

Such a lovely atmosphere, with really friendly staff and food we enjoyed. The prices aren't bad either. We stopped for a drink and a meal on Sunday, and this is definitely our favourite pub around! 🥰

The scallops in white wine, garlic and bacon sauce were possibly the tastiest I've ever had. They came with baguette that was soft and crunchy, and plenty of butter. Really friendly service too when I dropped in for lunch.

A good traditional pub, full of character among both locals and visitors. The staff were friendly, and there's a good choice of drinks and food. I enjoyed the fish pie so much I'd love to come back for another.
