The restaurant La Brise served excellent food, and the friendly staff gave top-notch service. I had a sea-view room with a balcony, table and chairs, and could watch my Netflix programmes on the room TV. The room was very clean, though a little small, and there was no fridge to keep our water cool. I also found the toilet roll holder too low. Golden Sands Hotel is right on the beach at St Brelade's Bay, one of the best beach locations. The airport bus stops a few metres away, and bus 12 takes about 10 minutes to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful hotel I'd love to return to in summer.

We arrived very early, but because we'd filled in the pre-check-in form the day before, they were expecting us and our room was ready well ahead of time. We also got a free upgrade, which was fantastic. Johanista, the front of house manager, was wonderful: polite, friendly and full of useful information. All the staff were eager to help. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view, and the bathroom was clean and very modern. Plenty of food options, and the cocktails were great too. I'd definitely stay here again if we're back in Jersey.

The room was really clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The walls are a little thin, but everyone was considerate about it. Amazing location. I'd stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Even travelling solo, I felt looked after. Every staff member welcomed me and took care of what I needed, including making special gluten-free dishes. Couldn't have asked for better service. Beautiful views and a nice room, too.

We booked a room with a sea view and breakfast included in advance. The view from the balcony was truly amazing, and the room was very good. Service was faultless, with extremely polite and friendly staff.
