The rooms are pretty much what you’d expect. David, the restaurant manager, is why I’m writing. He kept checking what food had run out and topping it up, and asked if everything was okay. When I asked for more pancakes, he brought them without any fuss. His hard work and dedication deserve appreciation.

Lisa gave us such warm, enthusiastic service during our pleasant three-night stay. The room had been recently renovated, and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with food replenished quickly. When we checked out, the manager, Tracy, greeted us warmly too. It was a wonderful experience, and that high level of service must come from excellent management.

We’re here for one night before travelling abroad from Manchester Airport, which is nearby. The rooms are really nice, with LEDs, and the bathroom is nice too. There’s a good range of drinks, though they’re very expensive. Food and drinks took a while to arrive because most tables were full, but there’s a good choice of food. They have an M and M machine selling all sorts of sweets. I’d definitely stay again and would choose it next time I’m going to Manchester Airport.

Tracy at the Premier Inn Manchester Airport turned my partner’s stay into something really memorable. I was in London trying to arrange a surprise for my partner, who was staying at the hotel after landing from Dubai. I couldn’t be there, but Tracy took the time to organise it and made the stay feel special. My partner had just come from a five-star hotel in Dubai and said the Premier Inn felt just as special, all thanks to Tracy’s care, effort and kindness. I haven’t stayed in a Premier Inn myself yet, but her help means I’ll choose one in future. I hope Tracy gets some recognition for the service she gives. Thank you so much, Tracy.
