A great stopover off the M6. The room was modern and CLEAN, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant food was excellent. It’s dog friendly, with a £10 charge per dog. Diane, Kelly and the rest of the team were amazing. They’ve got it right.

I stayed for a week while training at Kelly's, and it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and plentiful, with cereal, yogurt and fruit, toast, and a cooked breakfast too. It was my first time staying there, and I enjoyed it.

The staff were brilliant and made the stay what it was. The rooms were clean, fine for the price, and had what I needed. I brought my dog along halfway through the stay and that was no problem, though there was a £10 nightly charge. For the money, I couldn’t really ask for more.

There’s plenty of free guest parking, and both the lobby and our room were clean. The lobby is bright and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sadly, the room itself needed better maintenance. There was a persistent unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the shower drains, it stayed uncomfortably hot even with the radiator off, and the desk sockets didn’t work. The loose toilet seat shifted every time I used it. The room upkeep didn’t match the front-of-house service. We paid for breakfast for all three nights, but none of the cooked food was really hot, so I wouldn’t do that again. We wouldn’t stay here again, though I hope they can make improvements.
