Pat and Stuart are delightful people and gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms were freshly cleaned and nicely presented. The only drawback was that breakfast wasn't provided.

The owners are polite and helpful, and the place is very clean, nice and homely. I didn't expect to find a microwave, milk, cereals, coffee, sugar and plenty more in the room. Highly recommended!!!!

Stewart and Pat have a relaxed set up that's good value for money, and I was really glad to have a fridge and fan in the room. Carbis Bay is a great little spot if you'd rather be away from the bustle of town. You can walk into St Ives in about 20 minutes, or catch regular buses from Tesco next door. At the end of the road there's direct access to the SouthWest Coastal Path, which takes you straight down to the famous Carbis Bay Beach. I'd definitely come back.

The people were really nice and the accommodation was good. It was a great stay, though a shame the bathroom wasn't ensuite. That might be fairly easy to change.
