Paul and Deborah’s local knowledge helped us find some lovely new spots, and we were so impressed that we’ve already recommended The Oystercatcher to guests for our wedding in Carbis Bay this July. We stayed at The Oyster Catcher BnB in June 2025 and had a fantastic time. Paul’s excellent breakfasts were a highlight each morning. Parking was a real bonus, and the location was perfect for walking to Carbis Bay beach or along the coast path into St Ives. We can’t wait to return! Sarah and Chris

We really enjoyed staying at the oystercatcher. The room was cosy and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Deb and Paul were lovely hosts, helpful with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights.

We had a wonderful stay here, a birthday present from my other half. Paul and Deb made us feel so welcome and were friendly and helpful with advice about the local area and beyond. The rooms were spotless and cosy, and breakfast was delicious. St Ives is about a 30-minute walk away, with stunning views along the way. We’d definitely stay again.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was generous and tasty. Paul and Deborah gave us excellent tips and information, and their hospitality was wonderful. With parking and a great location, the house felt like home and made our stay so pleasant. We’re happy to recommend it.

We spent six nights here last week and had a lovely holiday. Paul, Deborah and Cleo were so helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the sea view was brilliant. Breakfast was amazing, all fresh local produce cooked beautifully. I’d definitely recommend the Oyster catcher B&B to anyone visiting St Ives. Thank you! John &Lesley xx
