Saltwater

The room was cosy, comfortable and clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed on 09 July and loved how close the hotel was to both the beach and town centre. I’d definitely stay again, highly recommended.

We had a really pleasant modern room, with a very comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, and the usual tea, coffee and bottled water. The owners were helpful and accommodating, even letting us check in a little early. It was my first time in St Ives, and I found this lovely gem on booking.com. Dogs can stay for an extra £15, and on-site parking costs £5 per night. The place is close to the beach and town centre. I definitely recommend it, and we’ll be back :)

Our original hotel down the road turned out to be completely inhabitable, among other things we’d rather not get into, so we called here and were checked in within 15 minutes. The place is incredible, with a spacious room and an amazing view. The host was so welcoming and helpful, arriving within fifteen minutes of our distress call and doing everything she could for us. It’s a perfect spot for wandering into town. I’d 100% recommend it to friends and family, and this is where we’ll stay on future trips to St Ives. Thank you again.

Saltwater is a beautifully refurbished guest house, with excellent beds and linen and a great shower. Because the dining room was closed due to COVID restrictions, breakfast was brought to the room, and the service was first class. Simon and Tricia were wonderful and shared lots of local knowledge that made our first trip to St Ives excellent. They also communicated really well to make sure everything started off right. It’s a great location, just minutes from the beaches. We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend staying here. Many thanks, Tricia and Simon.
