We had dinner there and I enjoyed a draft beer at the bar in a relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely little bed for our five-year-old. There was a small toilet issue the next morning, but staff dealt with it quickly and helpfully when we told them. We'd confirmed in advance that our daughter could stay free, even though the third-party site only let us book for two, and the hotel assured us they would provide a cot. They welcomed us warmly when we arrived in the morning, and even though breakfast was quite late, we could still have some. We left our luggage and found it had been brought up to our room when we returned to check in. After another enjoyable breakfast, we checked out. This is a clean, well-organised hotel with exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Our one-night stay was very pleasant, and if we return to Guernsey, we'd choose it again. Thank you.

Cyril made the stay special. He's a real character with a great sense of humour. We had a wonderful break in a clean hotel where we felt welcome, and the service was great. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. We'll be back soon. Thank you all x Pat & Dave

I'm here regularly for business, and they really look after me. Everyone on staff is welcoming, smiley, and helpful. The fast Wi-Fi makes working easy, and it's only a 20-minute walk to either St Peter Port or Admiral Park. There's also a fabulous heated pool to enjoy when the workday is done. Such a friendly place!
