My girlfriend and I went for breakfast and had a great experience, from the receptionist through to the dining room waiters. Special thanks to Dominic and Joseph for making us feel so at home that we ended up being the last ones there while breakfast was being served, lol. There was a great choice of food, fruit and drinks, and it’s all you can eat.

We came to Jersey to carry out one of my mum’s last wishes: to place a white rose on the graves of her brother, sister and parents. The staff understood why we were there and were very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent, very clean, and looked out towards the beach. We slept well every night thanks to the comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast kept us going until dinner, and the hotel bar had a range of drinks and a happy hour. It’s in an ideal spot, about 10 minutes from the town centre. We highly recommend staying here and are coming back next year.

The room was clean, comfortable and practical, and I really couldn’t complain about it. Breakfast each day was great, the staff were helpful, and having the pool, hot tub and sauna was a real bonus. Hotel de Normandie is excellent value, and I can see why it was my parents’ favourite when they visited Jersey. The location works well too. I’d stay here again if I return.

There’s plenty to choose from at breakfast, and dishes are freshly replenished throughout the meal. The food is delicious and the public areas are spotless. Staff are welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. A very comfortable hotel with no complaints from me. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room was perfectly fine, and we liked the location, but our stay would have been perfect if not for the breakfast host. He was rude to our party, telling us to pay even though breakfast was included, and spoke down to us when we politely asked questions. I’ve heard complaints about him before and seen similar ones in Google reviews from months ago. I really hope management takes this seriously. Written on behalf of my mother.
