The setting was stunning, and the accommodation was fantastic. ☀️

The cottage itself smelled noticeably of mould, which made the stay uncomfortable. Getting there was frustrating too: communication was poor from the outset, and I was left waiting outside for over 30 minutes for the key. The host only replied after I’d sent several messages. Once I got in, I found I’d been given a different cottage from the one I booked, without a proper explanation. The host was rude and dismissive instead of apologising, and even said, “you only paid £89,” which I found completely unacceptable. Poor service, a lack of professionalism and the property’s condition made this a really unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
