The rooms were good, and the service was good too, but neither could make up for the food. After a full day of international travel, I was hoping for a pleasant meal and stay, so it was especially disappointing to find the food didn't seem fresh or good quality. At a 5-star place where you pay so much, you expect reliable, good food. This wasn't it.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the travel day, with plenty to choose from, including hot and cold dishes, fruit, pastries, cereal, and drinks. The bright, roomy dining area was pleasant, and the facilities throughout were clean and well looked after. We chose the hotel for its convenient spot near Stansted Airport, and it turned out to be great value. Our modern, spacious room was incredibly quiet, and we slept better there than almost anywhere on our London trip, despite being so close to the airport. The mix of international travelers gave the place a lively but relaxed feel. We had a great final night of our holiday and would stay again before an early flight. ✈️🇬🇧❤️

Dominika was lovely and gave really good service. She was nice to chat with and made sure the room was specially fixed. The bar service from Amaljith Daniela Vyshnavi Srihari was lovely too. Everyone treated me so nicely. The bar and rooms are big and beautiful, the drinks were lovely, and the whole stay felt peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Deekshitha looked after us in the restaurant, polite, attentive, and genuinely interested. The food costs a lot for what you get, though I imagine being at Stansted Airport and the ground rent there has something to do with it. The people here seem like a nice bunch, doing their best to help travelers enjoy the time before a flight. I'm lucky to be going on holiday in these times. I hope flying becomes electric and safer for the world, and that all those wars stop soon.

Even after missing our flight, which was a complete nightmare, my partner and I ended up having a memorable day, even though it was my 30th birthday. We booked a last-minute room at the Radisson Blu Stansted just to sleep, but Samin at reception really turned things around for us. He heard what had happened and about my birthday, then moved us to a gorgeous Junior Suite and welcomed us with complimentary drinks. He was kind, empathetic, professional, and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had to get up at the crack of dawn, but checkout was quick and easy. I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying at Stansted, especially if Samin checks you in. We felt very well looked after.
