Stuart was accommodating and easy to communicate with, and breakfast was excellent. My room was spotless and well appointed. Ravenswood is easy to find and well placed on a bus route, with straightforward access to the city or the University. I’ve stayed many times, and it’s been consistently excellent. Thanks for another wonderful visit!

A really pleasant welcome and a haven of comfort. The University is well placed for a visit, and there’s a lovely 30-minute walk over the old bridge and up to the castle. I can’t quite say why, but it was perfect.

Stuart at Ravenswood Guest house made our time in town. His hospitality was second to none, and I’ve no complaints about the room or the food. It’s close enough to walk into town, or hike up to the Wallace Monument. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. We travelled by bus and train, and there’s a bus stop just a minute’s walk from the rooms.

Our two-week journey had several B&B stays, but Ravenswood was the best of them. From the welcome through to departure, we had wonderful, top-of-the-line accommodation and breakfast. Stuart had thought through every detail of hosting us. It was a pleasure staying at Ravenswood, thank you, Stuart!
