The owner was friendly and welcoming, and we had a peaceful, relaxing holiday with the dogs. Hillwalking is right on the doorstep, which was fantastic. The glamping pods are lovely and dog friendly, with a beautiful, practical interior that includes a shower and toilet. As an animal lover, I enjoyed watching the chickens, ducks, horses, and goats in their own fenced field next to the pods. We’ll definitely be back! 🐶🐐🦆🐑😄👍

We loved the quiet mornings at the reservoir, watching the Osprey fish and the Little Grebe diving. We even picked wild raspberries along the way. The animals made us smile, and we enjoyed chatting with you about the local area. Thanks so much for having us at your amazing place. The pod was clean and cosy, with breathtaking views. Having a kitchen made breakfast easy, and it was great to have a shower and loo en suite too. Hope to visit again soon 🙏 The Carberys

The pods were amazing and spotlessly clean, with spectacular scenery and lovely close-up time with nature and the farm animals. It was my first glamping trip with my five-year-old son, and he loved it. For families using the site as a base for sightseeing, it’s perfect. But for young families hoping to stay on site, have a BBQ, and let the children play, it may not suit. That’s based on our experience with two families, two five-year-olds, and a three-year-old. The owner says on her Facebook page that she will challenge children who scream or are unruly. In our case, a toddler wasn’t having a tantrum, he was squealing with laughter while playing a game in the field. The owner came over from the adjoining field and told him to stop screaming, saying there was no screaming. My friend explained he was laughing and was only three, but the owner insisted it was screaming and said it frightened the animals. It dampened our evening a bit. If noise from small children generally isn’t welcome, advertising more to older families might be best.

We’ll definitely be back. The pods were clean, spacious, private, and well equipped, and it’s a handy location for Bridge of Allan and Stirling. Our three-year-old loved the whole glamping experience and seeing the farm animals. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. It was just what we wanted for a family weekend away.

My partner and I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The views are stunning, with lots of animals nearby, and the pods make a great base for going off to do things. They have a double bed, shower and toilet, charging points, and a fridge. Laura, who runs the place, is fantastic. Bridge of Allan is only a five-minute drive away for a wander and something to eat or drink. Highly recommended.
